| GREEN TEA |

- Boil fresh water in the kettle. Do not under boil or over boil.

- Wash pot with little warm water; add tea,
(one teaspoon of tea leaves per cup and one extra for the pot).
|
- Pour hot water and keep covered for 3-5 minutes.
|
- Stir, filter, (do not add sugar to get the benefits of antioxidants available in the tea) and sip in the goodness of Darjeeling Green tea.
